LENGTH OF STAY:
The Student Guardian Visa allows for the following duration of stay:

2. Until Student Turns 18:
The visa may be valid until the student reaches the age of 18 years.
3. Expiry of Student Visa:
The visa duration may align with the expiry of the student’s visa.
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

WORKING RIGHTS:
In general, the Student Guardian Visa does not permit the applicant to work in Australia. The guardian can be responsible for more than one student; however, typically, there is one guardian per student visa holder. The primary responsibility of the guardian is to provide support and care for the student.
